I love this place. This car wash compared to doing it myself at home or at a gas station is great. I love how they vacuum too! This service is what made me a regular here. I don't have a vacuum for my car and I've used the vacuum a few times at the gas station with my boyfriend's help, but paying someone else to do it for me is 10 times better! I don't mind paying $25 to a great car wash, vacuum, all of the windows cleaned with Windex, and my tires polished. That's really a steal. They even hand dry car to ensure that the places air drying can't get are nice and clean too.
The store inside while you wait for your car is pleasant and charming. Every time I get my car washed I help but buy something in the store. You even get free air fresheners for the car with every wash. They don't routinely hand it out. It's stored in tubs labeled with different scents from new car, lemon, and others. Just ask and you will receive. It's a small, flat sponge that you place under the seats.

I have been going to Ducky's for years and have always been pleased. I get a book of coupons, and it is a great deal.
I have also gotten my car detailed there and was very happy with it. I am pretty particular and they meet my expectations.
It does take time but most car washes that I have been to take a similar amount of time.
I will keep coming back for the great service and good work.

It's been pretty good. I get the book of 5 car washes and they do not expire so I pretty much use one book every 6 months (don't wash car much during winter rainy season).
They've been better about wiping down the car and service is fairly quick.
Very decent for what they offer.

For $15.99 they cleaned my interior, washed my windows, vaccuumed everything and the outside looked great. I was extremely happy. Also, it only took them 20 minutes on a Saturday @ noon.

I got a Plum District coupon for Ducky, so my car finally got the washes she deserves.
They are really terrific! The first time I went in, the car was beyond dirty. They cleaned out every nook and cranny.
The second time, I actually went to the San Mateo location. It was much busier that day but they still did an amazing job.
The Plum District coupon is only good for three washes, and I've already used two. Hopefully there will be another deal like it soon!

I moved to the area a year ago and have been searching for a great place to get my car washed. My search has finally ended with Ducky's!
I have a toddler, two large dogs, and a messy husband, so my car needs a great cleaning. I tried other places, but they could never quite get all of the dog hair, cheerios, and other residue that collects in my car. After my car came out of Ducky's it was impeccable! Thanks so much.
Also, wanted to compliment the service. I had my daughter with me and the staff was so helpful and patient with me while I unloaded her and all of our stuff, even though they were quite busy.
I highly recommend!

I read a couple of reviews below but I had a different experience today when I went there for a complete cleaning - outside and particularly the inside carpets, upholstery, dash etc. I went to Ducky's after the place I usually go to didn't have car washing service because it was raining for most of the day. I got there as soon as the sun came out and they weren't very busy. Because of that, without mention, they just offered me a discount and that was really cool.
Sure, they took a a while but I was getting the works. Besides, there's so many shops in walking distance, I wasn't fussed in the least because I was able to get lots of errands done. When they finished, you can tell why it took the time it did. I haven't seen the interior of my car so beautiful since I bought it 9 years ago. I kid you not, the dash sparkles. Also, I want to mention that I have had the interior completely cleaned by others in the past and Ducky's outdid them all.
I didn't even mention how nice, personable and polite everybody was and without coming off obnoxious. I'll take the extra drive to go there for now on.

I had 20 minutes and $20 and Ducky's was the perfect spot. The team was super friendly and welcoming - they even smoothed out one of the sides that I haven't been able to fix in months! A specific call-out to Rebecca and Sergio. I'll definitely be doing my washes here.
